was walking past here yesterday, sun cracking the flags so i stopped for a drink.
absolutely beautiful views, man playing guitar outside, seemed perfect.
i thought i'd stay the night,so thought i better get something to eat.
ordered an anglesey burger as it was too hot for a big meal.
burger arrived outside by barmaid who informed me the cutlery and condiments were inside? ok goes to get some tomato sauce.... sorry we've run out!
there were people everywhere trying to shake the last dregs out of sauce bottles that clearly hadn't been filled for weeks.?
ok i'll eat it without red sauce, my god! the driest pile of disgustingness i've ever tasted.
seemed the burger was made of dry meat and gristle with absolutely no seasoning or juice served on a foured bun, just in case you had a speck of saliva left in your mouth.
i struggled to eat it as i hadn't eaten since breakfast but gave up before i threw up! left never to return!
£20 for burger and a pint. you are taking the michael!
if your chef can't even get the basics right what the hell is he doing in the kitchen.More
