We booked a one night stay through Secret Escapes for my wife's birthday.

We originally booked for bed and breakfast but we wanted to add the dinner option which the reservations team arranged for us and booked a time for 8.30 - a good thing, as the restaurant was fully booked!!!.

All of the staff seemed to be aware of my wife's birthday as all staff wished her happy birthday (receptionist, the meet and greet person at the restaurant and both of our
waiters)..

The meal was of excellent quality and in addition, although we were happy to order wine we were offered a complimentary bottle of wine. In addition, although my wife did not order dessert she was served a pannacotta with a candle and 2 of the waiters sang happy birthdayT4WFSW
The room was bijou but had everything we needed and the complimentary fruit, chocolates and water were a nice touch.

I stayed here for one night while on business in the area and booked at the last minute.

The first positive of my stay was definitely the staff, who did seem to care whether you were enjoying your stay. The second was the grounds and impressiveness of the building on the outside.

Inside, the hotel needs rather a lot of updating. It's all rather tired and features an amazingly ancient, achingly slow and creaky lift. The decor is also stuck in a time warp.

My single room was tiny, and had only one vent-type window in the ceiling. This was not the room to spend the hottest night of the year in, when there is no air-conditioning! The fan that was supplied was not up to the job of keeping anyone cool.

Upon checking out, after pretty much zero sleep, I was asked whether I had enjoyed my stay. I explained that quite honestly I hadn't but accepted that it was one of those things. The head of reception explained that air conditioning was being installed the following year but there had been a lot of planning regulations to get through in order to get approval.

I didn't ask for but was given a refund, which did impress me.

What a lovely place to stop. Staff were lovely and very friendly nothing to much trouble asked for fresh milk and within seconds it had arrived. The window in our room did need replacing, but it is an old building. We ate in the restaurant as part of our package and were not disappointed. Breakfast in the morning was good, plenty of fresh fruit. Pool small but lovely and clean. Good location Windsor only 15mins away.

Went for a civilised hen do, such good value. Afternoon tea, use of the facilities, a 30 minute treatment, 3 course dinner plus breakfast the next day. Couldn't fault it at all. I also managed to leave a couple of things behind and Mohamend in housekeeping was so helpful in getting them back to me.

As a couple, we are seldom both off work on a Saturday but last Saturday (8 Oct 2016) we were. Having looked at many hotels in and around London we were giving up on the idea of "making a weekend of it". We then spotted the 'Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Package' at the Savill Court Hotel, having booked it at 11am, we were at the hotel ready to check-in at about 3pm.
The hotel is set within its own well-maintained grounds and from the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff including the well presented Spanish trio at check-in.
Our bedroom was clean and smart as too was the bathroom (featuring both a bath and shower and lovely ESPA products).
Had a quick swim and steam before dinner (being the only couple in there for some of the time) and found the changing areas again, very clean and well equipped.
The three course menu included within the package was excellent, with other options available at a supplement and wines available by the glass or bottle at usual prices.
Breakfast the following morning was again excellent with all the choices you would usually expect.
All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful if help was requested. It will certainly be a hotel we will add to our 'will return to' list.
