“Lovely break”
Reviewed 24 February 2018 for a stay in February 2018

Had a lovely family holiday at Barn Cottage. Owners very welcoming.
Holiday cottage welcoming. Lovely looking out onto the stable courtyard as our children loved the horses.
Well located for Bronte house and village. Local coop a short drive away.
All amenities in apartment you could want and lovely comfy beds.
Beautiful views over countryside.
Would visit again in the future if we get chance.

“Perfect, peaceful spot in God's own county”
Reviewed 27 September 2017 for a stay in September 2017

This was our third visit to Barn Cottage. It is a lovely peaceful spot, with beautiful views over the hills. The cottage is very well equipped, warm and welcoming, as are the owners Anne and Stewart. There is so much to see and do very close at hand, Haworth and the Bronte Parsonage museum as well as Skipton which is a ten minute drive and is a lovely town with regular market, castle, shops, cafes etc. The scenery around the area is lovely.

“Truly beautiful location and fantastic cottage, a little slice of heaven.”
Reviewed 20 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

Set in the beautiful Yorkshire moors you find this adorable cottage. It is situated on a working farm with very friendly owners/horses and dogs, the views from every point are breath taking.
The cottage its self has all you need for a holiday stay inc washing machine and when we arrived there was milk in the fridge and cereal for breakfast on the side which was a fantastic touch.
It is a great base point to investigate Bronte country and has some beautiful walks surrounding it.
Top location, we will be back again soon.

“Cosy cottage ideally situated for Dales, Pennines and beyond”
Reviewed 24 August 2016 for a stay in August 2016

Close to Bronte Country and the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, this cosy cottage is also handy for exploring the Dales and large areas of Northern England.
With the stables outside and a green lane leading to nearby meadows and a stream, our 9 year old enjoyed more freedom to explore alone than is possible near our urban home. Very quiet, even with the nearby horses.
The Turkey Inn, just down the road, serves very good, reasonably priced meals and a good selection of local beer.
