A warm welcome awaits at Cherry End B&B which offers great value for B&B accommodation close to the centre of Chichester. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended for budget accommodation.

We had twin bedroom, beds were very comfortable, adequate but seemed bit tired, stains on curtains, shabby basic furniture, arm chair grubby, T. V too far away to watch from beds as very small. bathroom so small no room even hang towels which were on towel rain in bedroom. No problems parking, was given parking permit. Would boom again but only if other room available. Would be a real problem for larger guuests.
Real problem for large guests.
Not happy dog was in kitchen/ breakfast room while breakfast being cooked/ while eating, ferl web site should say dog in house. Breakfast quite nice, but only Luke warm, mushroom was one sliced into four, seemed small considering asked for full English' without egg. website boasts 'locally sourced' ingredients. When asked host where sausage cane from was told Tesco, had to ask for second cup of coffee. .would have lijed third but felt would be out staying we,come! All O.K. but mediocre.

Thank you for your review .
On this occasion i felt i had to reply
The "tired" beds you describe are in fact NEW top of the range hypnos beds .
Chosen for comfort and complemented on it.
Our dog is often mentioned on Trip Advisor and when asked we would always say that we have a dog.
We were helpful in your request for a early check in at 10.30.
Its a pity you didn't ask for more coffee we would of been happy to oblige .

We stayed at Cherry End for a total of 3 nights, 2 nights then 2 nights elsewhere and then a 3rd night. our room was a good size, comfortable bed and a large ensuite bathroom, with shower, double sinks and a bidet.
Breakfast was cooked to order at our choice of time, and was very good.
Many thanks to our host Steve for his hospitality and willingness to split our stay with him. Also thanks to Fiona for giving us a lift into Portsmouth saving us a 70 minute bus ride.

A very warm welcome, a nice sized room, clean, tidy with a good bed. Huge bathroom with the benefit of side by side his and hers sinks. A nautical / seaside theme throughout.

We managed to park on the drive, but visitors street passes are available.

Nice to be asked what time we were thinking of having breakfast, and although we were not asked to order in advance, we were asked as to what we might like. As there was no fried bread on the menu, I did ask if it would be possible to have some, which was met with a positive response.

Slept very well, the bed was comfortable and large, and the sheets were a little stretched to get them to fit.

Only gripe about the room was the size of the TV, quite small, and high up on the wall, apart from that everything was all good.

Breakfast was very nice, good produce, well cooked, plenty of coffee, and the fried bread I asked for. For me personally (being blessed with a very healthy appetite) the portion size was a little small, but I did enjoy every mouthful.

This is a place to add to the list of places I would happily go back to.

An enjoyable stay.

Room Tip: A limited choice of rooms.

Have stayed here twice now and already booked our return visit for next year. We use it when we come down for Goodwood Members Meeting and it's a perfect fit. The location is idea for us and parking is brilliant. On top of this Steve is an amazing host and cooks a great breakfast. Thoroughly recommend a stay here when you're in Chichester
