Friendly yes food service very slow only one other table being served .chips tasted a lot better than they looked.presented very nicely in there very nice beer garden.

Food brilliant staff very helpful a real treat two car parks friendly locals fresh produce home cooked not boil in bag trash that is endemic of the large chains

Having declined the 'filth' posing as a cheese and pickle sandwich at the Bear at Berkswell, I drove the few miles to here. A revelation! A proper version in a baguette of all things, accompanied by a pint of Brian - a very naughty pale ale! Superb.

A traditional pub that's been refurbished to make the most of it's floor space. Two bars with snug areas. Good selection of beers and snacks including cakes/bakes. Wine choice quality somewhat limited. No real prosecco. Chris et al do a good job.
Nice garden to the rear. Easy parking.
