Everywhere was crowded at 6pm but managed to get served with drinks in here extortionate prices and surprise all the cheaper wines were sold out. Outside area very smokey and food ...don't bother!

We visited the bar prior to seeing Sam Smith at the Arena. Upon arrival, we could see the place was busy, but this was to be expected an hour before the concert was scheduled to start. However, although there were a number of staff working behind the bar, their numbers dwindled as we stood and waited for over 15 minutes before giving up and heading elsewhere.
I appreciate the place was quite busy, but the staff had no clue as to who was to be served next, ignoring anyone who couldn’t lean over the bar to get their attention. The “bar manager” kept taking the staff into a small room at the end, which diminished the number of staff available to serve further. At one point there were 3 staff all down at one end of the bar, and nobody anywhere else to be seen! Surely this can’t be right when they know there is a concert on over the road?

Dreadful ,3 different pints all flat beer ,bar staff not interested , one of the door staff very rude and didn’t know his job, if you are looking for a decent craft beer or just a good pint you won’t find one here .

I came here Wednesday for lunch with my family, they have a games section which will keep the kiddies entertained for hours, lovely food, the staff member Alex was very helpful, took our orders with a smile and was very chatty to us all. She was very polite and apologetic when our food was late but made sure our food was out all together. The food was lovely and the staff members were very helpful with directions around the resorts world.

Good location if you are looking for a quick turn around as we were attending a music event at the Arena, Stayed at the Genting Hotel so it just to the left of the Hotel reception as you leave the Hotel. I'd advise to go early, we ate a 4:30pm and we had no trouble getting served, as we left it was getting on for 6pm and it was starting to get busy. It is a basic very limited event menu, so check the menu cards on their web site to see if it suits. Bonus is the location as you literally cross the road to the arena from the bar/restaurant.
