Visited lunch time early week very busy
Staff very helpful friendly and attentive explaining how the dishes are recommended to eat .
Starter- Mực chiên giòn - Tender fried baby squid with a salt, pepper & lime dip
Nem hải sản - Large crispy spring roll of tiger prawn, crab & pork with nước chấm dipping sauce very fresh hot and tasty .
Mains - Phở đặc biệt - Tiger prawns, chicken & flash fried steak with garlic in beef stock , with noodles very delicious and the beef just melted in your mouth .
Cơm tấm rang - Aromatic, spicy wok-fried broken rice with chicken & dried shrimp, good portion very tasty a little spicy but this was advised by waitress.
Overall a fantastic meal experiencing new dishes and flavours would definitely recommend a visit . Good value for money too

.Food arrived within 12 mins of ordering, however waited 45 mins for a glass of water and our wine order. Several staff explained after enquiring 3 times, they had to go to storage room to get glass of wine........what about our water!!!!! Food was at best below average of any street food eaten in Asia.....thoroughly disappointing

Waited 20 minutes to be seated, even though the place was half empty. No acknowlagment from staff. Finally seated and waited another 20 mins to be asked whT our drinks order was. When the starters came. The waiter dropped half of our prawn crackers on the floor. He just picked them up from the floor and binned them. No apology. No replacement. They then brought our main course about 2 mins after we had received starters. When we said we was only just eating starters, they took the food away and put it under a heat lamp. When it came back, the food was dry and horrible. We used to love eating here. But the place has gone down hill. Never again.

We had an hour to wait for our train so rather than get takeaway we visited pho. There was a huge choice of vegetarian options so we ordered starters and mains all to come at the same time just because we wanted to taste it all.

The food came quickly and was so fresh and tasty. I've not had Vietnamese in a while and this was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely return.

The lady on the table next to us found a bug in her peas, but that was her complaint and didn't affect our experience

We've been to Vietnam a couple of times and this place compares extremely well (apart from the price of course!)

In the Grand Central Station (New Street) on the top floor food hall over looking the concourse.

Service was efficient and friendly. The food is authentic Vietnamese with a varied choice on the menu.

Average price for a large bowl of soup (more like a broth and plenty of it) is £9 - £11 (king prawns)

Absolutely delicious! Will certainly return
