Situated in an ideal location to explore Warwick and Stratford. We are a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children ages 15 + 10). The room was a very good size (1 double + 2 singles), we all had a really comfortable stay and the air conditioning was a bonus. We took breakfast both morning's and it was lovely with plenty of choice. All staff encountered were friendly and efficient.

As with previous Premier hotels, this one is no better or worse, just average. A couple of points worth mentioning:- no shaving point socket in the bathroom, my request to management supplied one. The restaurant had a tendency to “up” the order, ie, a large glass of wine instead of asking which size would I like.

Nice clean hotel. Staff lovely. Only issue was noise above me. Hotel is near warwick castle. We added meal deal both teas and breakfast was lovely. Restaurant could really have done with being bigger. Would stay back if ever back down that area

We are here at the moment and just been informed by the only person on site apart from the chefs that he has to close the bar to count the tills before he hands over to the night shift! What a way to run a business! A crowd of people waiting at the bar to be served and no staff to serve them, shocking!
