Description: A 1940s themed Tea Room in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Come and join us in the 1940s and experience gorgeous loose leaf teas or a lovely cup of coffee accompanied by sandwiches on locally baked bread or try a cake or scone made daily on the premises by one of our bakers. No packet mixes or frozen products here. We also offer a gluten free cake each day and will do our best to help any other allergies too. The Fourteas is an experience not to be missed. The Fourteas has won the 2012 TouchFM Pride of Stratford Awards Town Outlet of the Year and has been selected by Jamie Oliver for his best 1000 Places To Eat In Britain app. We have recently moved to larger premises, but we are still only operating from one shop with no plans to expand to a chain yet!

What a fantastic afternoon. Afternoon Tea for five in 1940s themed tea room. Efficient friendly staff who involved the kids and made the whole experience interesting and fun.
Delicious sandwiches, scones and cakes.

Staff dressed in 1940s dress, fabulous decor and the kids loved reading old magazines.

Late lunch whilst spending the afternoon in Stratford. We sought out this tea shop based on the recommendation of a friend. We had a cup of tea and sausage sandwich which was excellent - the best we've had! Authentically decorated to reflect 1940's wartime even down to the clothing of the waiting staff. Only small criticism is the background music was rather loud and made it challenging to hold a conversation at times.

What a lovely surprise, it was very busy, but the staff soon found us a table upstairs, there was a good choice of food and drinks. Our food was lovely. It was lovely to look at all the old pictures etc. It was a great find and we will definitely go back again.

A lovely family weekend in Stratford enhanced by a number of visits to this very good tea room. The theme is the 1940’s which includes staff being dressed in wartime dress code. Memorabilia throughout. The crockery is from the era. Food and service first class

Wanted somewhere different to take my sister and niece when they visited on a Saturday lunchtime. Not been here before but knew it was always busy so I had reserved a table. Thank goodness I had as the place was packed and people were queuing as well. We were shown to our table straight away and given a menu in the form of a wartime ration book! The whole place was decorated in 1940s style and you could purchase postcards and souvenirs of that era if you so wished. Good choice on menu ranging from sandwiches to afternoon tea which is what we had. It was beautifully presented with sandwiches, cakes and scones which were delicious. Big portions as well! There is also a 1940s style sitting room upstairs that you can reserve for special occasions or if you just want to soak up the atmosphere. Lovely helpful staff who can't do enough for you. The whole place was just so quaint. Well worth a visit if you want excellent food and somewhere just that bit different.
