I travel for work, and honestly, this was the best nights sleep id had in weeks! The guest house is clean, welcoming and a real homey feel to it. Sometimes its nice to have all mod cons, but the room was comfy, nice view of garden and clearly had care and attention. The towels were so soft they were like i was at home. Only issue i had was the wifi on the top floor was rather slow and iffy - and when working away the need for wifi is high! Im back in Stratford next week so hope I can get in again!

Very happy with the choice we made. Everything was spotless and decoration is done to a very high standard. My friend and myself were in the basement room which was perfect for us and to have bath sheets were a bonus. We will definitely be back next year and we were really sad to leave. Thank you to all of you as we were made to feel very welcome, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Stratford Upon Avon is a small town. The hotel is conveniently located between the train station and city center. Its rooms are quite small (but it is OK). The hotel does not have a garden common for other hotels of this type. Therefore It would be nice if the hotel provided some space outside the room, for instance, in a pretty big breakfast area. It is used only for 2 hours in the morning and is empty for the rest of the day. A sofa and arm chairs there will be beneficial.

Room Tip: rooms are good

First the good news. Convenient to the railway station and main route into town and theatre; clean and well appointed and the rooms at the back including ours, no. 9, quiet; ours could be a self-catering unit with kitchenette & shower room.
Disappointments were cold breakfast and 10.00 am check-out. I choose B&B to get a hot choice, possibly porridge, egg and bacon, honey. The cold was OK - cereals, juice, cold meat, boiled eggs, but not what I expected.

Room Tip: select back rooms and, if you want hot food, room 9, so you cook it yourself!
