Booked online and received text from Mike shortly after explaining no breakfast and that we could cancel. No problem for us as we are happy to wander in to Stratford for breakfast.

The word to describe this place is professional. Mike met us on arrival and gave a good description of where to go in Stratford.

Room spotless. Nice touches such as some chocolates on the tea tray, which was well stocked. Nice bed, good bedding and all in excellent condition. And yes, I did notice that the soap and shower gel in the bathroom had been filled. Just shows there is an attention to detail.

All in all a good find. And very convenient to get to the centre of Stratford.

We stayed in bedroom 6 at the front. Bed was a good size & very comfortable. Windows cancelled out traffic noise so we had a good sleep. Tea & coffee & bottled water facilities topped up daily. We had a mini fridge, a little wardrobe and plenty of draw space. Ladies if you have long or thick hair take a hairdryer; it was nice to have one supplied but it wasn't powerful enough! Bathroom was small but had everything we needed. We noticed a slight drain smell but it didn't bother us enough to make a fuss.

The owner Michael is very knowledgeable and helpful. When we wanted advice on where to go he was able to inform us straight away. He also advised booking direct with him to get the best price.

As other reviews mention this is a great location and walking distance to/from the town centre, so car was left at premises the whole weekend. Pub over the road for a nightcap after evening meals. Petrol station at end of road for snacks and re-fuelling before going home!

We loved staying in this B&B. It's in a great place just on the edge of town, a 10 minute walk to the local attractions including the RSC. We received a lovely welcome from the proprietor's Mum who provided us with maps and other info. Our room was right near the front door so no stairs, another plus for me. The room was very clean, comfortable with a great bed. We didn't book breakfast because we are not early risers but there's plenty of places to eat nearby. We were allowed to leave our car parked after we had checked out which was very useful. If I was to be very picky I should mention the bathroom was a little small but not a problem for an overnight stay. We would happily return next time we are in Stratford-upon-Avon.

We arrived late at night, they left the keys in a key lock for us outside. And we checked out early but none the less the owners were friendly and the room was awesome, comfortable and clean. Don't be fooled by the distance on the map, it's right across the river from downtown and all the sites.

Welcomed by Michael. Room clean and comfortable. Ten minutes walk from town centre. No breakfast but no problem getting a good breakfast in town. If we come back to Stratford we would be happy to stay again.
