We stayed at the hotel last Saturday 31st March.
Having stayed in a Premier inn the week before in just outside London, the price was shocking over double what we paid.
The hotel is old and for the price lacks a few niceties, the TV was tiney and tilted forward constantly there were no plugs next to the bed, and we were woken up in the early hours by the club next door putting there rubbish out (a few hundred bottles by the noise it made).
On the plus side this hotel is conveniently located for the metro arena and the city centre bars. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I didn’t get the blonde lady on receptions name but she was very good especially under pressure when it got busy.
Overall it was ok, but I probably would look for better value for money next time.More
