A lovely hotel with good facilities. Very welcoming. Nice rooms but need better pillows! Leisure facilities are great, the pool a little chilly but ok for swimming lengths. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from.

Village hotel with the usual facilities. Situated in a business park with easy access from the main road. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and certainly make you feel welcome. This was only a stopover on the way from and to our next destination, so we didn't spend any time in the hotel.

we've never stayed in the village hotel so we didn't know what to expect,the staff were very friendly,the room was very clean & we had a lovely 2 night break in newcastle,we will definitely be back soon.thank you for a warm friendly welcome.

Large hotel with a nice pool but very busy (visited over Easter weekend). Food and drinks were pretty expensive considering where the hotel is located. The upgraded room was not worth the extra money that we paid and breakfast was £10 per person.

For what we paid it was a good meal and a lovely room but the walls are thin and our neighbours were making most of the music channels on sky so that spoilt it a bit Won't rush back for that reason alone
