As an escape room enthusiast I had been waiting until I could get a big group together. Did it for my 30th and there ended up being 8 of us (of various experience levels). Crystal maze style there's a series of smaller challenges followed by the main escape room.

In terms of escape rooms generally it's not particularly challenging - the final escape room was a bit chaotic with so many.

However in terms of a fun activity for a group of pals or family it was absolutely brilliant - the staff member who looked after us was fab and really brought the experience together. They looked after my mam really well who has a bad leg (it's not suitable for anyone with really limited mobility).

Would highly recommend for team building or fun but not necessarily the go to newcastle escape room for enthusiasts unless you've done all the others already.

We went here as part of my daughters hen weekend. We were a party of 13, split into two groups. Range of ages and abilities but everyone really enjoyed themselves and said they would definitely do it again. Our host was Molly who was friendly, helpful and really made it fun. Highly recommend.

I came yesterday for my birthday. Wasn't expecting the experience to be that good. Best escape game I've done. Also our host Aaron was hilarious !

Great setup and idea. Expand! Xxx

Visited with a group, some of whom required a little extra support to get around the course. The two women running the event were excellent. They really made the visit great fun.
Different rooms have tasks to be achieved demanding mental and physical skills and a team approach. It's like Crystal Maze. This is good for people with differing abilities. We had the place to ourselves and enjoyed the visit enormously. Everyone in the group want a return visit.

Went for my birthday with teenagers. Not sure adults would really enjoy. Was about £16 each. The people who worked there were very enthusiastic which was a good thing. However I have done other escape games in the past and didn’t find this one particularly challenging. There are tasks you are required to do first (about 30mins ) to get clues you can then use later on when trying to escape. I would say if you haven’t done many escape games before this is a good way to start off however if you are more “experienced” I think a harder game would be better for you.
