It is a relaxed atmosphere with ever changing decor due to it being a working gallery as well. One of the few places that cater for vegetarians and vegans that is open at night too. The food is freshly prepared so you must expect a wait but we found the portions just right and the food good.
I'll definitely be back for more.

This is a very friendly, warm, innovative venue with very nice people running it. They provide a cheerful and friendly venue promoting talented local artists, as well as a haven for people to come in and relax in the cafe! The art gallery updates regularly with new exhibitions. The work I have come to see has included paintings, jewellery, wood carvings, prints, cards, ceramics and other artefacts. The exhibitions display a rich diversity in talent and differences in approach to art. The art gallery space is lit from above by diffused, natural daylight effect lighting, an ingenious creation of Paul, one of the owners; the lighting is so subtle and unobtrusive, it is a blessing.

The food here is excellent. The staff are genuinely helpful. I am not a gourmet, but (probably due to my increasing age) I really appreciate it when food is impeccably prepared. The salad I had with my food was the best I have ever tasted; dressings were well-balanced, texture good, flavours surprisingly good. It is possible to be blown away by a salad!

This is a welcoming venue which is run by people with great integrity who want to bring communities closer together. Just like its lovely town, Glastonbury, the Blue Cedar Cafe & Art Gallery is very sympathetic to people of all backgrounds. Blue Cedar gives people a little "taste" of Glastonbury - come here and try it out for yourself!

Finally! Glastonbury has needed a dedicated gallery space for some time. The adjoining cafe is a great bonus with it's lovely ambience and delicious healthy food. We have eaten at Blue Cedar a number of times, this time we wanted to introduce some friends to the place and the great food. You can bring your own bottle along in the evening which is a further bonus. We have tried to catch most exhibitions over the past few months, what a blessing to be able to see a variety of artwork so well presented. The gallery space is a joy to visit, beautifully decorated and designed - and the owners are absolutely lovely. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Paul and Angela.
