“Perfect relaxing weekend”

Beautifully clean and well equipt lodge, felt really homely, and the little touches went a long way, the xmas tree, dressing gowns and slippers, a complimentary bottle of wine, biscuits and even a pint of milk in the fridge. Lots of board games which kept us entertained and brought us together. Ideal location, sampled the chili and the cider at the cider barn and was very impressed, went in the hot tub every night and a had really nice relaxing weekend. would defo reccommend and we will come back next year :)

“Great Place - especially for kids”

We stayed here for 3 nights in late May / early June 2016. The property is spotless, comfortable, and has a well equipped kitchen. We have a toddler who loved the decking area and could play safely outside without any real worries. The cider barn was a good laugh and the owners were very friendly and accommodating - and went out of their way to return a phone charger to us which we left behind. It's a perfect place for a long weekend and the surrounding area is beautiful. Oh and don't forget the hot tub!

“Well appointed immaculate accommodation”
Reviewed 16 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

We stayed in October, arriving in the pouring rain. We found Cedar lodge to be well equipped and in mint condition. The hot tub was wonderful, even in the rain. After one day of rain the weather cleared. However even if it hadn't there was loads to do locally, and the lodge was great to spend time in. It was a great base for visiting Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge, Wells and Bath. We saw some beautiful sunsets from our terrace.

The park currently has ten lodges, everyone looking new and well appointed. Despite being situated together the lodges felt quite private and like individual retreats. Booking with Bluechip holidays was great. Will do again.
