“A lovely cottage for a short holiday”
Reviewed 12 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

We very much enjoyed our stay - in the beginning I had the feeling that we were staying in the owner's part of the cottage and that they were staying in the guest wing... as the luxuous kitchen, the well-organized furniture and some personal pictures on the wall, everything made me think of being guest in a family house rather than in an apartment for holidays.

Among the strengths of the cottage: its position (near to Bath but also close to the lovely city of Wells and in the heart of a beautiful countryside); the hospitality of the guest family; the kitchen (it is worth to cook a bit more during your stay here); the relatively calm village street it is in. A warm welcome also by the friendly dogs of the house. The only disadvantage: you need a car, but you reach Bath and Bristol quickly. It took us only 25 minutes to reach Bristol Airport.

“Very Comfortable Stay in an Ideal Location”
Reviewed 8 February 2017 for a stay in February 2017

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The location is great (close to Bath and a well-stocked convenience store is just minutes away up the road) and the holiday home very comfortable. We made good use of the fire on offer and enjoyed peaceful evenings reading and puzzling. We certainly recommend The Farmhouse Wing to others.

We're so pleased you enjoyed your visit to The Farmhouse Wing. The open fire makes it particularly cosy in the winter months and lots of our guests say how much they enjoy quiet evenings in front of the fire. Thank you for staying and we hope to see you again.

“Beautiful, quiet, comfortable, clean and welcoming - just lovely”
Reviewed 22 July 2016 for a stay in July 2016

The Farmhouse wing is a delightful place to stay. You couldn't fault it. We didn't realise it was so close to another apartment and house when we booked, but it didn't affect our privacy at all. We would highly recommend the accommodation, warm hospitality and excellent location.

Thank you for your kind review, we're pleased you enjoyed staying here with your family while attending your graduation ceremony. A shame the weather wasn't better for graduation day, but you had a good time nevertheless, and fortunately there's lots to see and do around Bath whatever the weather.
