“Great location, lovely apartment.”

David was very accommodating with our arrival time and greeted us at the apartment and had some useful tips for our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable with a spacious lounge and bedroom. The location is perfect, just a 5-10 minute stroll into the heart or Bath but you don't even have to go that far as the local pubs and restaurants are great.

“Lived up to expectations”

Just back from a 4 night stay in this lovely flat. A quiet setting over looking the church and high enough up to get a sense of majestic Bath. Even in March the sitting room was lovely and light and we could watch the sunset over Bath.
Having a parking permit was a real bonus as long term parking would have been a nightmare without. Central enough for us not to have needed the car during our stay.
The bed was generously sized and very comfortable.
Would definitely stay again if the opportunity comes up.
Tip: We bought a saver ticket to the Roman Baths, Art gallery and Fashion Museum only to find that the Fashion Museum was free as they were changing over their displays and we only needed to pay for the Grayson Perry exhibition at the Art Gallery so would have been cheaper not to have done this - advise you check before your purchase.

“A comfortable little bolt hole”

This flat was in a great location to enjoy the sights and amenities which Bath has to offer.
It was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It was useful having a map of the city, a folder of things to do and places to eat. David met us and explained all we needed to know about the flat and he was generous in allowing us to not leave until 1pm. It's a place I would return to.

“Great location, beautiful views, spacious and quiet”

A beautiful spacious apartment in a lovely old building. Great location, high enough to have a view over the Bath chimney pots towards the hills, but close enough to the centre to be able to walk in, through one of the loveliest of the Georgian Terraces, the Circus. It is also a quiet area, but with everything in easy walking distance. The owner was very helpful when one of us felt too unwell to return home as planned. And as we were both feeling under the weather with colds, we especially valued the very comfortable bed, unusual in a rental property.

One or two little things we mentioned to David: - be aware that there's no freezer compartment in fridge, (but the Co-op and excellent Eades greengrocers are minutes away), there's no grill pan (but good gas hob and fan oven), no Dvd player (but two large tv sets). A second set of keys would have been appreciated, as there's no key safe. As an old, high ceilinged apartment, it's not easy to get the heating level comfortable in very cold weather, especially in the bathroom, but an extra heater is provided.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for 9 days over Christmas. David was very helpful from start to finish during booking. As we were staying over xmas, he asked if we were cooking xmas dinner, which we were. He said he would put some extra cooking utensils in for us, as most people have short stays and eat out. The apartment was very comfortable for 2 people, and close to all you would want to see. There were two local bars 10 mins away on either side, if you wanted a stroll and a drink at night without going back down the hill. An extra bonus was a bottle of wine and the large xmas tree, which helped us enjoy it even more. Thank you again David
