Our family of six had a very comfortable 3-night stay here. It was a spacious and well-equipped home, with a generous supply of crockery and utensils in the kitchen. The basket of biscuits, bread, fruit, tea and coffee, cheese made for a very cheery welcome to the house.
The property has many skylights, which flood the interior with natural light during the day - lovely! However, they do increase the need for heating in cold weather.
There is a Co-op (supermarket) closeby and it is quick and easy to catch a bus to the city centre.
We had some trouble locating the property initially, as we arrived by car after dark and in the rain - it is situated on the left side of a bend in the rather narrow road, with just the wide wooden gate immediately visible from the road.
We did not find anything wanting at all during our entire stay. The property was as advertised, and more beside! I highly recommend it.More
