It was OK but it did drag a bit. I had lost interest by half way round! But saying that it was fascinating

This was part of a tour that included Stonehenge and we enjoyed the history lesson. Incredible way to learn history as they walk you through the bath buildings as they did thousands of years ago. A great stop-

Really great to visit and see Roman remains as the were, you can stroll around at your own pace with the very good informative hand held tour guides and visit the areas as you wish. Amazed at the heat you can feel from the water going to over flow reservoir. Very uneven under foot in places but this made it more captivating

The Roman Bath is probably one of the best museum experiences my husband and I have ever had. Definitely recommend getting the free audio guide once you pay your entrance fee, even for children. The museum provides different listening options for adults and children, with the children's guides allowing them to participate in many of the different stops with multiple choice questions regarding what they are seeing. From the way the museum is laid out, to the audio guides, to what is displayed, to the screens showing what would be happening in various spots throughout the baths, the entire tour is informative and entertaining. It isn't just "Here is a piece of stone that has something on it having to do with this emperor;" it's, "This is where this piece of stone would fit in this statue, here is what the finished product looked like, and this is how the people who have interacted," in front of a screen showing those exact people walking by. A definite must see when visiting Bath!

This place is absolutely amazing. It’s hard to comprehend that something this old is still standing and people are still discovering new things in the Roman baths. The history and architecture will leave you in awe.

I have visited the Baths before but many years ago. Displays and audio guide is well set out and gives you a good overview of the site and historic perspective. I had forgotten how large the site was and enjoyed visiting the East and West baths and interested to see they want to open access to other parts of the baths for visitors. Enjoyed my time here and having lunch in the pump room afterwards of course. Tried the water and its healing powers well!
Great visit. Thank you

What a fantastic place! We had a wheelchair and the access was excellent, just some of the visitors were a bit difficult to negotiate! The audio descriptions were absolutely excellent and made the visit so interesting. We really enjoyed our 2 hours there and would definitely recommend anyone to have a visit.

Fascinating history overload of Roman presence in England. A must visit if you are staying in Bath or worth a detour. Easy drive from London but worth a stopover. Beautiful tea rooms as part of the building
