We went here recently for dinner as a birthday treat for my dad.
The restaurant is well set out with the tables not too close together and a nice relaxed atmosphere.
Not the biggest menu but still a nice choice to choose from. We all chose different - Haddock, meatball, lamb and chicken but we all agreed that all the dishes were cooked very well and were very tasty - nice and hot too!
The staff were very friendly and kept the drinks coming.
The only (possible) minus on the night was a rather loud party in the bar (which is next to the restaurant) but seeing as it was the first match of the season which SUFC won we didn't mind although I imagine some would. The Manager did go round the diners to apologise which was nice but they didn't stay too long anyway.
Quite pricey - especially the drinks - but good quality food.
Still on our list for special occasions.
