Description: THE LONG WAIT FOR A BREWDOG BAR IN THE TOWN OF READING IS OVER! Situated on Castle Street, BrewDog Reading features 20 taps of awesome BrewDog and guest beer. Not only do we have an amazing selection of fresh beer on tap, but also have two open-air fridges full of beery delights to sit in or takeaway. Our kitchen is serving up epic burgers and wings with our mouth-watering brunch option on the weekends. Chicken & waffles anyone? Tons of comfy seats, three pinball machines and merch corner - we couldn't be more thrilled to finally have opened the bar that Reading deserves!

Modem quirky decor, with plenty of seating. The place was packed on a Saturday afternoon, with a great atmosphere. Great beer selection, and the quality was very good. You can reserve tables. Will definitely return.

I visited with my family on a tuesday evening, not that busy but thete were no ciders and the beer i wanted was also finished. I got another one which was pretty nice so no biggie. The atmosphere was very nice, just it was cold in there as the windows are old and there is wind coming in.The music was nice until a moment where they started to play metal but anyway it is a nice place i recommend and the toilets are one of the best i have ever been to, mad props for that!!!

This Brewdog has opened recently and is an instant success. The selection of craft beers is outstanding, ranging from mild pale ales to the strong Cacao Psycho stout (10%, served as half pint). The high and spacious building (that is much bigger and pleasant than you'd expect from the outside) has been carved into sections with long high tables, lower pub-like seating areas and a more stairs like hang-out. Although beer is the main course, Brewdog serves food as well. We had the plain French fries and man - they supported the beer in a mighty good way. Great stop while or after shopping or walking around in Reading, or to have a good chat and taste some remarkable beers, for an hour or all day long. Friendly staff !

Went into Reading for a shopping trip and we decided to go to Brewdog to try the brunch.

Great food and really good selection of beer. They even have a very low alcohol beer for drivers and people on antibiotics (only 0.5%)

Last night was my second visit to this bar. It's a cool place, with a nice mixture of clientele. The beer is all Brewdog, which is perfect. The bar has a really nice atmosphere and the people working there are welcoming and friendly. The only fault I can find is with the music policy.....although thankfully not blisteringly loud, it was a bit intrusive if you're not into heavy metal / death metal. The least eardrum-assaulting song played over the 3 or so hours we were there was 'Can I Play with Madness' by Iron Maiden. I'm not a Maiden fan but hearing that was like a breath of fresh air amongst the rest of the 'songs'. A variety of genres would have been appreciated and would have resulted in a more enjoyable over all experience.
