Clean hotel although rather dated compared to Mercure hotels in other cities, no safe, no fridge, no iron - covid-19 restrictions meant we only interacted with the reception Manager as facilities in the hotel were shut - very quick to provide ice, extra towels when requested. Rooms only cleaned before guests arrive & after guests leave so rubbish bins get full quickly, toiletries only replenished if requested.

Receptionist very welcoming and helpful on arrival. Public spaces and our room very clean. COVID restrictions clear but not over the top so we felt safe not panicked. Slept very well and it was very quiet in the evening. Very good location for our purposes. The hotel building itself and some furnishings are in need of updating so we were happy with our visit despite the building rather than because of it!
Really excellent friendly staff. Good parking, nice rooms but our over bath shower looked like it was the original one (think hotel about 30 years +). Everything nice and clean with good bed and bedding. The breakfast offering is very poor at this time so best organize your own.
The hotel is on a ring road in a commercial district of the city. It looks like it was built in the 1960s or 1970s. Covid-19 restrictions and changes were in place so that there was no hot breakfast and the bar and restaurant were only available as part of room service.
The staff were excellent and coped with these restrictions very well. The room was clean and comfortable, but dated and in need of refurbishment.

We stayed for 5 nights ok it’s not the most modern hotel but is it very comfortable very clean good position and the staff are absolutely fantastic nothing is too much trouble and they were all really friendly, Thank you for making our stay pleasant!
Staff very good in all areas, both on arrival, serving in the bar and upon departure. Hotel is a bit dated in places and uninspiring. Windows in the room don't open at all so no fresh air. Restaurant had no atmosphere. Menu looked ok but in the end many choices weren't available.
