Happy staff on a Sunday morning, who are helpful, happy and go above and beyond what I ever expected!

Remember to get your ticket stamped if you park at Riverside as you get discount!

The rock climbing is amazing, brightly coloured various walls for the kids, and you can combo so kids can go trampolining after a 30 minute break.

There is also a toddler section for trampolining with toys to keep them entertained as well!

You do need gravity own brand socks, you can't use other company's, but for £2.50 you can reuse a million times as they aren't poorly made.

Other massive points for Gravity and why I will always go back there..

My daughter and her friend came today, one was vegan and when I asked if they knew whether the slush was vegan...rather than the usual annoyed, rude looks with no help I'm used to in other establishments, a gentleman called Greggory (I believe), said 'I'm sorry, that is something I should know, let me go and get the ingredients', bonus it was so they both got unlimited drinks (which includes a huge array of different flavoured slushys) for £4.99 each which, made this little girls day.

The same member of staff, whilst my son was grumpy he couldn't go on the climbing walls and I was trying to get a photo, comes over with a football and starts doing passes with him to keep him entertained, along with another little girl, and got them all hula hooping!! What an absolute credit to you this guy is! All of your staff were happy and working, interacting with the kids, rather than standing around gossiping!

This children's activity centre is operated by faceless people in Yorkshire who conduct complaints through email. No-one to speak to register a complaint, either - on the day - at the Norwich Park or at their Head Office. Therefore I have to make my complaint public.
There were no toilet rolls in the Gents toilets, and despite mentioning this to a member of staff nothing was done. Imagine a small child not being able to wipe themselves - this is acceptable to Gravity Trampoline Parks. No Manager available to talk to. If and when there is a major incident, inevitably an injury to a child for example, they will not cope.
Complete lack of seating - all is geared to visitors buying products and services at extortionate prices. Viewing gallery area non existent.
Access is via three staircases, or a minuscule lift arrangement, so disabled people or those with walking difficulties need not apply.
The two small children we took did enjoy themselves though, but value-for-money, considering all Gravity supply is a warehouse environment with sprung mats, and a few flashing lights is not inspiring.
Overall they just want to take your money. Disappointing experience.

Fantastic afternoon with the children. Well worth the visit! I didn't last longer than 20 mins but the children used the whole time slot

I was a little sceptical about this place when it was first suggested as a place to go with two youngsters so was pleasantly surprised by the experience.
There is a good emphasis on safety, the trampoline area is extensively supervised by staff and the pre-activity safety briefing is mandatory to all. Ok, it's a bit pricey for an hour, especially if you go in peak times and you have to purchase a pair of socks if you don't have them from a previous visit but the kids enjoyed it so no complaints.
There is a small cafe which serves pretty good coffee for grown ups and food (didn't sample food so can't comment on the food). Price for a coffee was £2.80 so quite reasonable. I did initially baulk at the price of a slushy for the kids (£4.95) but it's unlimited refills so actually works out quite well, especially if the kids share.
My only adverse comment would be the lack of seating for parents which was not really adequate for the numbers watching.

We took our grand children here and they had a wonderful time. The security briefing was well controlled and they had a lovely time bouncing. Grandparents found somewhere to sit and enjoyed watching, and there were some really good bouncers. However it was a little too noisy for my liking.
