I had looked at this establishment many times, but although I visit London all the time, I had just soo much choice in the Borough Market open air food cornucopia, that I'd missed it. However, I did a reconnaissance of the fresh foods in the market and decided not to repeat the Pad Thia i'd had the month before and queued up to choose mu lunch. The menu is simplicity itself, and without pretending that it is cheap food, I believe it is excellent value. My Egg noodle carbohydrate base, was enriched by the sweetness of pork as my protein option. I added mixed peppers and bamboo shoots for crunch and texture and then struggled to choose the sauce for this to be cooked in. I sadly discarded the Teriyaki-Tamari sauce, and the hotter Black bean-BBQ for Coconut Curry which was the recommendation of the distractingly beautiful young lady who served me. She put the ingredients as I choose then into containers and then they are passed five feet back to two chefs with super efficient woks whereupon you watch you food cooked in a matter of probably six minutes... depending how many other orders are ahead of you. I only remembered to take a photo when I had eaten a third of it (See below) but sat opposite a student from Ganzou China who ate with a fork while I persevered with chopsticks !
Very much recommended despite the choice all round the area.
