“Perfect Place, Perfect Host”

We recently rented the flat from Kaz for a christening. We needed a 2 bedroom place as there were 4 adults and the 2 (twins) guests of honor. The flat was perfect and the location was spot on. Kaz was the most engaged host we have ever had. Quick responses, we talked for 30 mins before arrival going over everything, he even sent a video on the getting into the flat. Very friendly and accomidating.

Would you recommend this hotel to a friend?   Yes.

“Very nice apartment. Convenient location”

The apartment was very nice and clean. The owner had very nice linen as well. The apartment is conveniently located. There is a Pret-a-manger downstairs where you can get sandwiches and coffee. Across the street is a Sainsbury Local where you can get groceries, sandwiches and all different kind of food. There is a Tesco next to the apartment as well. Vauxhall subway is across the street. London eye is less than 2 miles and so is West Minister Abbey. We walked to both places with our 5yr old kid. The apartment is also next to River Thames. Overall, I would say that this is a great apartment and a great location. Also, Hop in Hop Off bus stop is less than 1 mile from this apartment.

“Venturing From Vauxhall”

Great owner! Shared a video showing us how to get to the office to check in and available for communication throughout stay. Bright, updated and well taken care of apartment in a nice area. Television had local stations and Netflix access. Good Wi-Fi. Felt very safe having a key entry into the building. Quiet neighbors. Heard an occasional outdoor reveler late at night in the courtyard. Great location, across the street from the Vauxhall underground tube station and right at the Vauxhall St. George Wharf Pier with River Bus service.

Perfect spot for sightseeing. Less than 2 mile walk to The London Eye, London Dungeon, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, U.S. Embassy, Churchill War Rooms, and Imperial War Museum. Highly recommend walking, so much to see even on the way to a destination. Most walking is along the River Thames.

On one of our walks, we happened upon the Vauxhall City Farm. We weren't expecting to see horses, sheep, goats, alpacas, pigs & chickens in London.

The apartment entryway poppy wall decoration had new meaning once we visited the Tower of London.

Upsides - Very comfortable clean 2 bedroom flat. Well equipped kitchen. Huge smart TV. Wi-Fi. 3rd Floor. Lift access.
Very close to Tate Modern, Pimlico, Vauxhall. 200m from tube and Vauxhall bus station.
Various service shops and eateries on site. Tesco, Waitrose and Sainsbury Local within 200m.
Amazingly responsive owner who dealt with some minor plumbing probems immediatey.
Downsides - Slightly difficult to locate the block Drake House amongst all the other blocks, and currently the lift does not work from ground floor to upper ground floor which means carrying suitcases up a flight of steps.

Would I stay here again? Very definitely "Yes".

There's not enough space to write all the good things I have to say about this flat. I can't wait to go back to London and would definitely stay there again. If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience this is just the place for you. From the moment we walked in, I felt comfortable. The flat is very clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped for your cooking needs and the living area was very comfortable. Having 2 full bathrooms is a plus and was fantastic! There is also a clothes washer and drying rack so you don't need to overpack clothes. The tube is just outside the door, as well as a Pret a Manger (to pick up coffee and a sandwich, etc) and a Tesco which has groceries, sundries, wine and beer. The owner, Kaz, is a sweetheart and is very prompt in replying to any questions you might have. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would. Thank you Kaz for letting us stay at your flat. It was amazing!!
