I stayed here with 2 work colleagues - it was a good location for ExCel. Apartment was clean and functional, but missing some finishing touches. The sofa bed is broken, so one of us just slept on it as a couch. Missing light bulbs, no trash can in the master bathroom. No hand soap in the bathrooms. No instructions in the apartment on how to use anything - such as the heat. We were given an address, but no directions, and it was a little difficult to find. No one met us at the apartment (said he was going to), so we had to figure it all out ourselves. Overall it was fine, but I've stayed in other apartments where the owners/managers seemed to care more about making the rental experience more comfortable. I'd recommend it for those who need to be in the Canary Wharf area or further east - but only recommend it with reservations.
