I stayed at the hotel for one night for business and the first thing I thought when I walked into the hotel was "wow, this is cool". It's the only way to describe it as the interior has a really modern feel to it. The same is said for the rooms, they are luxurious and yet not overdone.
I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so couldn't comment on this but I did use the gym and steam room and this was the only part where for me the hotel fell short of expectations. I have stayed at cheaper hotels in London whose gyms are infinitely better than here. The small gym room is mainly filled with cardio equipment and with little apart from dumbbells for weights whereas other cheaper city centre hotels have more extensive options for weights as well as a pool, sauna and steam room so for me the facilities here did not meet what I expected of a hotel of this calibre and in particular price - it isn't a cheap hotel and I would have expected more.
If you aren't bothered by gyms and facilities then this is a beautiful hotel in terms of building, rooms and location. More
