Travelling on business? Then pay a little more and opt for the exec room allowing you access to the lounge. A relaxing environment following a busy day in the office. Complementary Food and drinks available whilst responding to emails. Friendly and attentive staff. Digital key options meant i walked straight to the room. Ive already booked a return visit.

We have been twice here and definetely not last time. Hotel situated close to Canary Wharf underground station and close to DLR station, it takes just 5 min to get to the shopping center with great variety of restaurants and fashion boutiques. We want to thank especially Izzy from Reception for great service and many thanks to Nikolina from housekeeping. We had Room 1309 on Executive floor, room vas very quite and have good view.
Breakfast buffer offers great choice and excellent quality.

We stayed over the weekend for my husband's birthday. Eleonora helped make sure it was a really special stress free few days.

It was busy due to Easter but I was really impressed with how efficient, friendly and calm the staff were especially over breakfast (best buffet hotel breakfast we've ever had!) which can get very busy. We stayed in the junior king suite with our two year old - very spacious and spotlessly clean! We got a really good deal with access to the executive lounge. Such a bonus - the food, drinks and views are great!

We also loved the location, perfect for getting riverbus to Greenwich or central London, access to shopping centre etc.

We'll definitely go back!

We found the option to self check-in very convenient, as we literally just had to go to our room as soon as we arrived.

Due to constant weather changes, the air conditioning had trouble regulating the ideal temperature, but it wasn't too bad.

Breakfast was okay - big variety, but at times too salty or too bland. My partner wasn't too pleased with the omelet.

If you want to do a lot of activities in London, this location is quite remote. Need to plan ahead a lot and usually takes around half an hour to get to the city centre...

Housekeeping was very sweet!

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Just home yesterday. Smooth check in, fabulous breakfast. Rooms very spacious, clean. Staff were top class, nothing was to much effort. Even the Easter Bunny made an appearance for kids.
Concierge made our trip very easy. Kept us right regarding travel and attractions.
Ingrid on front desk deserves a mention. My husband dealt with this lady and has sung her praises . Her customer service was of a very high standard.
Highly recommend Executive Lounge. Great views and nice place to chill after a hectic day.
Overall fantastic stay and would highly recommend.
