The room was big enough for 3 separate beds. Very good: it had a fridge and everything (incl. bathroom) was clean. Friendly staff.
Could be better: Room climate - high temperatures inside the room
Breakfast buffet might have some more varieties

Stayed for 2 nights 13th & 14th July.
Lovely clean b&b with super friendly owner. I really think you would struggle to beat this place for value in London. Large room, fab breakfast with several choices & a 5 minute walk to the tube. Plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walk.
Highly recommended!!!

Great stay. Hosts were very friendly and made us very welcome. Arranged a taxi for us no bother to Twickenham . Rooms clean and a welcome fan in the room too as it was so so hot . Great breakfast of cereals, toast, croissants, fruit, yoghurt , juices , tea, coffee and beans, scrambled eggs and potato crochettes very ample and much better than was expected . Totally recommend this guest house especially if you are on a budget . Will definitely come again when next in London . Many thanks

Wanted to take my son to London and do the “tourist thing” but didn’t want to spend a fortune. This little B&B was just the ticket, great price and a fantastic little room. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were well presented, feshly cooked breakfast in the morning, and free off road parking as well!! About a 15 minute walk from Acton tube station, so getting around was really easy too! Couldn’t recommend this place more, if light on the wallet but not a dive is what you’re looking for then this is the place for you.
