We have the privilege of staying at this beautiful hotel in London. We were treated with cookies and a wonderful staff. Our room was very beautiful and clean. The staff were helpful and my wife was Impressed with the laundry service, nothing was shrunk. The breakfast buffet was tasty and the location was great.

We were able to get one suite for the family to stay together, which is always nice. Nice views, quiet room, comfy beds, and convenient kitchen table with chairs in the room. Could have really improved the stay with a bathroom with a separated sink or else another sink in the living room area which had a kind of bar area. As it was, sometimes we used the extra bathroom in the fitness room on the 14th floor (which was accessed by a stairway close to the elevators). If you get a chance go to the fitness room where you can see great views of the city and the River Thames. Walk to all the sights by Westminster after your free breakfast.

The hotel is in a pretty nice area. Big Ben and the London Eye are about a 20 minute walk. The room I stayed in had an air-conditioning problem at night. I stayed 4 nights and reported the problem to the clerk at the desk and nothing was done to resolve it. The restaurant has a nice breakfast.

The hotel is nice and clean with a good breakfast and helpful staff. The only problem with it is the location is a little bit out the way of the main attractions. But you can walk to some and Waterloo st is about a 20minute walk or so. Taxi are easy enough to get outside the hotel.

Dear Vampyrx4

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

I am glad that you had a good time but surprised you felt we were not close to attractions considering our proximity to many of London's major sights.

We do hope to be able to welcome you back again in the near future.
