I really enjoyed my stay at the Arriva Hotel. First, it is only a 10-minute walk from King's Cross/St. Pancras International Tube/Train Station, as well as the transit hub for several city bus lines. This part of central London is inner city, but I felt safe at all times. The Arriva was minutes on foot from great English food as well as ethnic food and small stores to buy food to consume in my room, as well as a Post Office and money exchange establishments. There is no guest laundry (nor did I locate a laundromat nearby) but there is a nearby dry cleaner that also provides laundry service. The breakfast buffet, which included ham, cheese, yogurt, juices, and other items, was included in my room contract and served on linen in the basement with the morning news on television, making the most of a modest offering. The staff was friendly, and there is a coin-operated public internet terminal in the lobby. The room and bath were very small, but clean, and I enjoyed fresh air from a large window. I had a double room that I would find too cramped for two persons. It was a quiet hotel with respectful guests, and I recommend it for the money and its location, but not if you require ample space. The property has an elevator but does not appear otherwise wheelchair accessible.
