I regularly stay at this hotel for work, and also recommend it to other work colleagues. The staff are friendly and professional, and the hotel is always clean. The hotel has good transport links being two minutes walk from Edmonton Green train station. There are also many shops and restaurants close by.

I'm never reticent about complaining if I feel the need to, but the fact I've been a regular guest at this hotel speaks volumes.
Under the care of a different manager, positive changes have been made, which means that customer feedback is listened to. These changes, such as getting nets for privacy, make a real difference - he is also friendly and professional which instills confidence.

I've seen complaints about the smell of smoke and weed, unfortunately that smell is brought in on the clothes of the guests, and there is little staff can do about that. If any guest is caught smoking, they are asked to leave, simple as that.
Cleanliness is better than some hotels I've been to and the communal areas are always spotless - a gentle reminder for housekeeping is that two large towels are needed, not just one.
Nothing is too much trouble for reception, Nisa is always friendly and professional. They have to deal with some rude customers, but they are unfailingly polite and helpful. I've mentioned before that I'm a lone female traveller, but I feel extremely safe at this hotel - very important.

I certainly hope that investment in this hotel is appropriate. It is in a prime location for many amenities, restaurants, the football ground. There is also a leisure centre two minutes away.

All in all, no complaints from me.

Room Tip: Third floor is quieter.

I stayed here for 3 nights to see the sights of London (but without central London hotel prices) and it was great.
The hotel is right next to a huge Asda for any essentials you may need and a big multi storey car park.
We ate at the cafe over the road for breakfast which was great and also ate at the Indian restaurant one night. (There is also a Chinese restaurant and a chicken shop similar to kfc on the same street) all with Great prices all round.

Edmonton green station is 2 min walk across the road for easy access to central London all stations.

Importantly, i felt safe in this area as it is well lit at night. Just remember there are a few stops from central London stations back to the hotel it can take up to 40 mins so can be quite tiring as it’s a lot of walking (especially as some stations are very big to walk across)
but all in all I had a great stay. The room was lovely and clean and the staff are really friendly! Would recommend!

Stayed here Thursday night. Room 301. Good welcoming staff and clean hotel. Ate nearby. Train in to Liverpool Street quick and station Edmonton green is a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Room was nice and surprisingly quiet.

Great location, fantastic stay. Staff were all ready to help. The station is not far away from the hotel, Asda is a minute walk from the hotel and car park just adjacent to the hotel. I will recommend London Edmonton to anyone visiting north london and will be visiting again
