I've been a customer for some years, had a problame with some buttons on one of my many coats I have bought from this company. The manager basicly couldn't be bothered with my enquire. Neither could her assistant when the manager went on holiday. When I asked to speak to customer services I was told that was themselves. I was made to feel inferior to themselves, like a poor relation, if only they new how much I had bought from them over the years and who I am. But I was not going to use that as influence, but I will not be buying from them again. I found the new Mayfair store the most unhelpful.
