We are staying at this hotel from Saturday 5 August 2017.
We had a pleasant stay especially with the the support of the front desk namely Sujan . He assisted us with the upgrade of the room and complimentary breakfast .
We were provided with a quite room and balcony within the as requested .

For our weekend of shopping mainly in and around Bond Street and Regent street this was in the perfect place.
Clean and comfortable in our twin room with a very spacious bathroom. The staff were very efficient and friendly. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel due to the fact that there are so many options for eating in and around.
There were tea and coffee facilities in the room but I couldn't understand why there were no cups available? Just a small complaint from a great and successful stay.

Room Tip: The twin room was comfortable and fairly spacious for a central London hotel.
