The two stars are for the staff who were all helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to help us

The hotel itself is old, smelly and uncomfortable

There is no central area to sit and there were several of us staying. We wanted to be able to sit and chat together but couldn't.

Visited London for a birthday treat to the theatre. Stayed at this hotel for the 3rd time. It is convenient from Euston and not too far from central London. Always clean and tidy and the beds are good. Competitive prices too.

It’s the only premier inn we have stayed in and I have to say they a so helpful, nothing is too much trouble, the staff are really their asset.
Rooms are always clean, fresh towels daily, and a great shower.
We find the beds are quite comfortable and they will always give you more pillows if required. They have quiet signs everywhere on the floors and it works.
My only grip is the bathrooms are quite small, but that’s not the end of the world.
Great links to central London the tube at Belsize Park goes straight into the West End and your only a walk from Camden Town. Busses go from across the road but haven’t used them.
You have plenty of shops within walking distance. A pub, KFC and a convenience store across the road.
Parking is an extra £14 per day.
Room prices do vary quite a bit so try and book early.

Room tip: All rooms are pretty much the same, some do have bed/settees for families

An excellent hotel, clean and comfortable but decor is looking tired and bathroom could do with a makeover. However this did not affect the cleanliness. Very good location for ease and access to the O2 Arena.
