An excellent hotel, clean and comfortable but decor is looking tired and bathroom could do with a makeover. However this did not affect the cleanliness. Very good location for ease and access to the O2 Arena.

Easy access from M1/M25. Hotel has a large car park (£14 per day) which we've never had any trouble getting a space in. You have until 7pm on your final day in the car park so you can leave your car in the car park after check out without incurring another days charge. Belsize Park Tube Station is just a short walk away, and you even pass a Starbucks on the way! Hotel is clean, quiet and the staff very friendly.

Good things:
The staff (except for one employee).
Location, tube station across the street, many good restaurants and shopping, the Hospital, the Hill, markets.
Good breakfasts.
Clean.
Mostly a decent sleep.

Bad things.
In need of some TLC.
Rooms very small and VERY sparse, no table between the two small chairs, no suitcase rack, enough towels ?, no face cloth, soap in dispensers and barely.
Washroom very small, if you are a big person you`ll have to figure things out.
Expensive for a budget Hotel, 860 Pounds or $1.450 Cdn for 5 nights..
On checking in, after telling the clerk we were there for 6 days he gave us a small room in the first floor just a top of the Carwash and service station, we were told it was full and no chance to move ( hard to believe, but no way to prove it ), after a couple of days we did get use to it and stayed.
There`s a short cut from the street to the reception desk and the main door to rooms going smack in the center of the Restaurant, very well used, not very pleasant.

Some things could and should be fixed and some improved with some changes.
