The Rembrandt Hotel superbly located in Knightsbrid and so very close to the Victoria and Albert and Natural History museums,Harrods and Brompton Oratory, with Knightsbridge shopping so covenient and the London undergroud just minutes walk away. The rooms are spacious and well designed and the hotels' remarkable Hibernian concierge a fountain of grace and knowledge. All the staff are proffesional in their dealings with clients and I can thoroughly recommend this hotel. I hope to return soon and look forward to having yet another enjoyable stay at The Rembrandt.

this is the second time that i stayed in the Rembrandt. i had booked my self in the club room and it was as good as i had expected. the bed was also very comfortable and the service was prompt. One of the reasons of going back to this Hotel was the wonderful coffee shop and the breakfast. they have a very good spread and again very good and friendly service. would love to go back and stay at the Rembrandt. the proximity to Harrods and the V and A is an added bonus. it is right next to the south kensington Hotel which also makes it very convenient to approach. one of the better experiences that i have had. . enjoyed staying here and would love to go again. :-)

Room Tip: the club rooms are the best. even their normal regular rooms are fairly spacious and the best part i...

My wife & I have just returned from a very enjoyable weekend break at this hotel & it certainly justifies its 4 star rating. All attractions are easily accessible by Tube and, for culture-lovers, it conveniently faces the Natural History Museum & the Victoria & Albert Museum. South Kensington underground station is a pleasant 300 metres walk away, past several well-frequented restaurants, & it is served by the Picadilly Line into central London (about 20 minutes).
Rooms, public areas, cleanliness, staff, comfort & breakfasts were excellent. However, the food served in the lounge bar in the evenings could have been hotter (why don't these places use HOT plates?). We didn't use the restaurant because there was nobody init at 8.15 pm!
We would certainly return & have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a London break.

Room Tip: Ask for a spacious quiet room on a high floor - super views. We booked an 'executive room' a...

Stayed at this fabulous hotel for our 3rd wedding anniversary... From check in to check out, everything was excellent... The gym and pool was very clean, a joy to use (and I hate the gym !!!).... The bar was very cosy, with lovely wine and the food wasn't too bad either.... Soooo looking forward to returning to this well run hotel..... Thank you all at The Rembrandt.

Room Tip: The bed in the club room was huge....

A luxurious hotel which is directy opposite the V&A is convenient for all central London activities - particularly museum visits (close by are the Natural History and Science Museums).
I was allocated a room on the sixth floor at the rear of the hotel - with a distant view of the London Eye. The room was extremely comfortable - needed navigation equipment the bed was so huge. Bathroom was spacious with good, powerful shower, scales etc. Room had a sofa and comfy chair, office chair, and all the usual equipment. Tea and coffee were provided.
Used the swimming pool, this is smaller than it looks in the publicity photos, with most of it being used for children's swimming lessons whilst I was there. Luckily there was just me swimming - more than two would be difficult - four swimmers impossible within the roped off area.
Breakfast was excellent - good variety to select from and excellent service. Reception were excellent.
I was there on business - a conference held at the hotel. Conference facilites were good, staff very attentive. Lunch was excellent and we were served very quickly (I do hate queuing for food in the limited lunchtime at conferences it is such a waste of time).
Taxi back to St Pancras in the rush hour cost £22 which was very reasonable.
Taxi to the theatre (Billy Elliot) in the evening cost £6 there, £10 back.
I would certainly recommend this hotel. If you can get a sixth floor room so much the better!

Room Tip: Sixth floor, rear of hotel
