Me and my friend rented a Budget studio for the Easter's Holidays.
The studio was small but cozy and with everything you'll possibly need inside.
The location is great, cause you are 5 min walking from King's Cross and St. Pancras stations and underground, and just a couple minutes more from Euston station as well.
many grocery story are around and the position of the hotel is perfect cause you have a small park in front of your window there for is very quiet and lovely.
The wi fi is free and works very well, the room is provided with lots of confort and utilities.
Staff is super friendly and nice.
The only thing that we didn't like is the fact that the rooms are cleaned not every day, and I hope it's because it was easter break, but in the n4 days that we stay the room was never cleaned not even the trash bag changed.
Other than that we had a very nice stay.

Functional studio style hotel. Great location in the city center. The apartment is in front of a garden, very quite. The negative point is that the ventilator in the shower is super noisy, and I didn't find any way to deactivate.

I have been here before, this time the room was a bit small but confortable and super clean. I always stay here because it is very well communicated and also quiet in general. The staff always tries to help. I would like to see better deals in prices especially when the room is smaller.

We stayed in a large studio with balcony. The room was spotless. The main room contained the bed (double not King unfortunately), the oven, sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster etc. The fittings were all newish and worked but there were some compromises fitting stuff into the available space. Eg. the sink was actually in the corner of the L shaped counter and there were cupboards above so it wasn't very easy to use. Similarly, in the bathroom you almost had to step over the toilet to reach the sink and shower as it was just inside the bathroom door. Although cooking facilities are provided there isn't really sufficient seating for a proper meal. We did have toast and coffee each morning though, which saved us a fortune in London.
However, everything worked and there was plenty of cupboard space. There are some very good points about this accommodation... the location is fantastic. It's just round the corner from King's Cross and you can reach just about anywhere very easily. Although the bathroom is small there is a modern shower cubicle with endless piping hot water and a heated towel rail. The heating appears to be on 24 hours so you can just adjust the radiators as you wish. We were there during the beast from the east and it was amply warm.
The windows are a bit draughty, they are not double glazed. Also, the blinds don't really keep out enough light. However, the double doors did open onto a tiny balcony. You could possibly sit out there is summer.
Despite the great location, the room was amazingly quiet at night. It is the first London hotel I have stayed in where I wasn't woken up by traffic in the morning.
It's not the most luxurious place I have ever stayed in but it was bright, clean, modern and in a fab area.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Room tip: The balcony rooms at the front have a view over tennis courts.

I have stayed at Studios to Let on many occasions. Some of the staff are extremely helpful but several others are certainly not. In fact, others are rude and very unhelpful. They seem to be unaware of the fact that they are working in hospitality.
