The hotel is beautiful and the staff are fantastic. The concierge escorted us for several blocks to make sure we went in the right direction. It is impossible to overstate how good this hotel is. Great location.

Fantastic service as you'd expect from a Four Seasons, and in a nice spot by Hyde Park. All the staff were superb, the afternoon tea room service was lovely, and our view from the room was incredible (of Big Ben, the Gherkin, etc.). Favorite thing was by far the incredible shower - I want one just like it!

Only minor gripe was that the room was rather small, but that's also a small gripe in context. Also the decor lent itself more to a Hong Kong spot than to what you'd expect in London, which was a little odd but not a dealbreaker.

Was there for a weekend with my boyfriend and we found it difficult to leave the room for dinners and sightseeing, which is a strong recommendation in an of itself.

a definitely must stay business hotel - perfect location, helpful staff, one of the best fitness floors ever seen with the view over the city. In addition, renovated meeting rooms were also very useful for our purposes.

Recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. The rooms were fabulous, the bar spectacular, the location was dynamite and the service 105%. Typical Four Seasons!!!!
After staying at myriad other London hotels, this is by far the finest

The service at the Four Seasons can simply not be surpassed. As we have come to expect, we received excellent service at this hotel in every way. They even had the hotel's Bentley drive us to dinner one night, free of charge. If you're looking for service, this is the place to be.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient for Hyde Park. We were there in December and wanted to visit Winter Wonderland at the park, so the location was perfect for our purposes. It is also within walking distance of Piccadilly Circus but it's a very long walk.

The rooms were as expected, very nice, clean and comfortable. My only issue with the hotel is that the rooms were on the small side. We had reserved 2 different rooms and they were both the exact same size. It was not overly cramped or anything, but it wasn't as comfortable as you would expect from a Four Seasons.

I never thought I would say this, but we also spent a few nights at the Sofitel St. James and between the 2 hotels, I preferred the Sofitel because the rooms are much bigger and the location is much closer to Piccadilly. Having said that, the Four Seasons is always a good option. You can't go wrong with this hotel.
