Had a single night here between business meetings. Did not know the area or hotel prior to staying here. Nice to find a London hotel with a warm welcome, generous sized rooms and so close to the river. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast watching the river traffic passing by. A little walk to nearest train/tube but saw a river taxi location a 5 minute walk away, which could be great for a weekend/tourist trip?

We, again, had a great stay at Rafayel. Staff were welcoming, helpful and seemed genuinely interested in making one's stay as pleasant as possible. The location is very good for central London? We plan to visit again.

Room tip: Our rooms overlooked the river and, to the side, the heliport - most interesting.

Reception is not properly looking attractive and the first impression is super positive. But when I got a room I was honestly impressed. Room on two floors. First floor as 60 sqm as living room with an impressive view on the Thames river and London heliport. Second floor two spacious bedroom with two bathrooms. Definitely reasonable price for what you get. Breakfast could be better.

Very beautiful quiet and cosy suite overlooking the river Thames, the service was really good, the spa center perfectly relaxing...I really enjoyed our stay in this hotel !!
Also the organic cosmetics are very appreciable

Room tip: Free shuttle to the closest train or underground station

Stayed here overnight, was on a quick trip to London and I needed a reasonably well rated place to stay on the left bank for meetings the following morning. Good location, pleasant staff...very big room, but clearly intended for a different demographic than your conventional buttoned down American business traveler. It's reasonably priced and for an overnighter was ok...would not do an extended stay here though.
