Went with my girlfriend and bought two double bacon cheeseburger meals. Paid around £26 in total, which I thought was damn expensive. Burgers were no bigger than the average burger you get from any other fastfood store. Could have ate elsewhere for half that price with same appetite. Nothing special about this place other than that their chips is made from UK potatos. Will not be visiting again.

Thank Oktay C

Ordered a burger & fries (£10.60), the burger (for some reason) was wrapped in foil, by the time I opened it the bun was flat, soggy & inedible, the relish had only been put on one side of the burger. The fries (spilled in the bottom of the brown bag) were mainly made from broken bits and varied in burntness, the ones that weren't burnt were actually quite nice. Most of my lunch went into one of the bins provided. To be fair, the staff were very nice, it's a shame they are forced to follow a procedure that produces disgusting overpriced food.

The food is good - not out of this world but decent - however the prices are absolutely ridiculous! Me and my partner can have a plated meal brought to our table in GBK for a few ££ cheaper than it was for us to stand around waiting for our order number to be called so we could collect our food, which was wrapped up takeaway-style. I honestly don't understand how Five Guys can justify the price vs the quality/service.

I would say the shakes are worth the price, especially if you're getting 3+ toppings in them, and the chips are a decent portion size (but still pretty pricey - and the Awesome Chips shop that has opened across the road blows them out the water), however I definitely wouldn't return for the burger unless there was a deal or vouchers to use, sorry.

On the one hand, it really is great to see a chain of this profile opening up in Wood Green, on the other hand, fact of the matter is that I have never had a great experience of food with Five Guys, and so it continued.

We bought two burgers, two fries and two milkshakes for approximately £34, which I wouldn’t mind if the food was amazing, but it was ok.

I also didn’t enjoy the fact that although the burgers were ready, it took 6 minutes (it was more, but I timed a 6-minute wait) for the fries to be ready for collection. That seems an awful long time for the burgers to cool down. If I have to wait for my food, my preference is that it’s all late, rather than the meat having to sit around.

My salted caramel milkshake was delicious, but was served about 15 minutes before the rest of the order was ready.

Lastly, like my last encounter (which I thought might have been bad luck last time), I was ill the following day.
