I used this hotel for a few days during my stay in Liverpool. My room was windowless, and rather small, but was very comfortable and pleasant otherwise. It's location was very convenient, being in the near center of Liverpool, and within walking distance from a wide selection of "attractions", such as Moose Coffee (which I wrote a review on), the Pier Front, various museums and galleries, the Wheel of Liverpool, nearby mall-like area, and more. Although a bit pricey, I think it was a nice stay.

They also provided water upon my return, which was very helpful.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel with another couple for the Friday and Saturday night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always around if needed. The rooms are very clean and has everything you need. Yes the rooms are compact but if you read up on the hotel info before you book this won’t come as a surprise. It certainly didn’t put us off. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect, a stones throw away from the Cavern Quarter, shops and waterfront. There is also car parking facilities 5min walk from the hotel with very reasonable tariff, we were £16 for 2 full days /nights. I have but one small niggle which is a personal preference but I found the bed too hard, as did the other couple. However as I said it a personal preference and would suit some people. This little negative would not put me off booking this little gem of a hotel again and I’m already planning to visit early next year.

Great hotel, excellent location at one end of Mathews Street, shopping on the doorstep.
Clean, easy, no fuss boutique hotel, and the free wine, cheese and biscuits at tea time is a really nice touch after a day shopping, a quick change and ready for your night out

We had 4 days 3 nights at the hotel to come up and watch liverpool play. We had a great time. That staff were fantastic, always had a smile on there faces even if it was 11pm or 7am, the room we had was a queen room, but good enough for our time there. Breakfast in the morning was good and plenty of it , fresh fruit, bread , toast, bacon and egg roll cereal, hot coffee or tea , orange, Apple juice, so plenty to start you day off. Cheese and biscuits were a nice surprise plus a free drink to go with them.
My wife and I will be going back to this hotel as it's right in the centre of a busy area of liverpool. Well done z hotel liverpool

The hotel is in a great location near city centre and bars and restaurants the hotel staff water lovely and got a free upgrade to a room with window and had a great view. The bed was hard but comfy enough , there was full sky tv and tea/coffee making facilities BUT only ONE plug socket in room - not good for charging 2 phones whilst making a cuppa and drying ya hair for a night out ☹️ the shower was awesome although a bit mouldy in places . The room was cleaned and towels changed even though we only went for 2 nights . Beware there is NO WARDROBE only a hanging bracket on wall with 4 hangers - all in all a good break but felt like I’d paid for the location only
