I sought out Everest Dine, using Trip Advisor, while on a trip to Leicester. I had no trouble making a reservation, and was greeted by a friendly waiter, who showed me to my seat. I asked about a drink to accompany my meal, and it was suggested that I try a Nepalese brew, Khukuri. It was cold, sharp, and extremely refreshing, perfect! I ordered Lamb Jalfresi, basmati rice, and garlic and corriander naan bread.
The lamb was perfectly cooked, and the flavours subtle and fresh. There was just the right amount of heat, and the bread was not too stodgy, as I have found in other restaurants. All in all, a very good meal and experience. I would recommend to anyone visiting the city.
