just arrived back after a five day stay at the manhattan with a bus trip. can't fault the hotel, the staff, food, and entertainment were all great, the owner however was not, we came back from a trip on the thursday afternoon at 2-30pm to find our room had not been cleaned, beds not made and no clean towels left, i went down to the reception and asked if the cleaners could take care of our room, i was informed by the owner that the cleaners had gone home. he gave no apology didn't even offer to give me any clean towels and walked away, if this is how he treats his customers i don't think he will get many rebooking with him, it's a pity he can't be as pleasant as his staff
