Paul and Karen are very lovely people, they did all they can to help us and cater to our needs. nothing seemed to much for them they was very welcoming. The breakfasts were really good too! (especially the bacon!) and also the lunge was really nice and modern. We are definately looking to stop here again! The location is just right as it is easy to find and right near the central pier. Great hosts, Great hotel and a Great weekend overall! Thankyou both, Ben and Kerrie x

We have stayed here twice and are definately going back. The hotel is practically on the beach and a lovely walk into town.
Karen and Paul are very friendly and have the knack of making you feel like one of the family without being overwhelming, nothing is too much trouble ( evening staying up late..... )
Breakfast was excellent and the rooms clean.

From the start of our weekend to the finish, nothing was too much trouble for the Birch Villa's hosts Karen and Paul.

We were checked in by Paul, who didn't just hand us the room keys and point us in the direction of our room, he carried our luggage and took us to our room. Everyone in our party of 6 commented on how comfortable the beds were and how clean the rooms were kept!

Breakfast was lovely, again nothing was too much trouble. If you wanted more tea and toast, it was there!

After returning from our night out on the Saturday, Karen and Paul played the perfect hosts by keeping the bar open for one or two nightcaps. Thanks for the shots Karen!

Enjoyed this hotel so much that we wanted to book the whole family in for New year but as expected, it is fully booked!

Thanks again, will definitely return Eaine and family
