Stayed here after a fantastic walk. The hotel offers free parking and is just a short walk from the main town centre. The hotel staff are extremely polite and helpful. Our room was immaculate. The bathroom was beautiful and the shower nice and powerful, with a selection of complimentary bathroom products. Breakfast was delicious arriving piping hot. Would definitely stay here again. Room 4 has a lovely view of the green.

First time stay at this hotel. The location is superb overlooking Crow Park with the lake and Catbells beyond. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our check in was fast and efficient and our room was comfortable and had recently been decorated. The views from our bedroom window were absolutely stunning. Ample choice at breakfast
The only negative was that we were at the very top of the hotel so we had to negotiate a number of flights of stairs to get to our room.

Room Tip: Be prepared to negotiate some stairs to the rooms, however if you're at the front of the hotel the views are worth it!

Booked a two night stay in the Crow Park Hotel as we visited Keswick in the Lake District for the first time, we just booked a room with bed and breakfast.
The room was very clean if somewhat dated, the bathroom had not long been renovated so was of a very good standard. The breakfast was good but as I am a vegetarian could have done with vegetarian sausages on the menu. The staff were very good, the hotel is licenced but the price for "shorts" we found very dear (around £10 for a double) .

Room Tip: Rooms at the front have a lovely view of the surrounding hills and lake.

Vegetarian sausages are available, we cook about 1 per month, the others go in the bin. Why make a point of it though, guests dont get upset because we dont have kippers, smoked Haddock, Haggis or Duck Eggs, we cant stock everything. £10.00 a double is for malt whisky, special gin and tonic, exclusive Cognacs etc, not the usual run of the mill stuff. Other spirits cost £2.50. We dont aim to be the cheapest though.

I can't fault the staff at the Crow Park , they were very good . I think the tea making facilities in the room was very poor and basic (no biscuits or hot choc ) the disposable cups and toiletries in the bathroom weren't replaced when we had used them in the 3 days we were there. We had an unfortunate incident one night at 1 in the morning with a very loud and aggressive drunk waking us up ,it was very unnerving and I didn't get back to sleep until 3.30 . Then at 4 in the morning someone tried to get in our room .then at 5 someone started banging at a door . So not a good night . I know it's difficult for the hotel to control their guests but maybe a little competition might have been a good gesture. The rooms could do with a facelift. Very tired and dated. The brakefast was nice but not one person stayed for the evening meal so Carn't comment on that x

Really sorry about the drunken guest, you just wouldnt think a 55 year old man would behave that way. He hadnt even been drinking in our bar. It was all captured on cctv.
Bedroom staff work 10.00hrs till 14.00hrs, your room wasnt serviced one day out of the three because you stopped in bed all day and had a sign on the door saying "Do not Disturb".
Your review does not mention the extra discount given on your room, the free late checkout, the free use of the car park and the free ice & glasses so you could drink your own Champagne, saving you even more money, or is all this just expected nowadays.

Staff very helpful and friendly, bedrooms are clean and comfortable. Perfect breakfast and location overlooking the lake and park, shops, pubs and restaurant's only a two minute walk away plenty off street parking, but could be possibly tight in peak season. Over all a very nice stay we will defiantly be back in the summer.

Room Tip: We stayed in room No 6 on 1st floor nice view over the park and out to the lake and mountains in the distance
