Very attentive staff who could not do enough for you. Very clean rooms, the shower was good and the place was set in nice surroundings. The breakfast was well cooked and the coffe and toast just kept coming. Lovely for a weekend getaway

I stayed here in order to attend a course nearby. I stayed in the small double room which had plenty of room for me. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. Despite being by the main road it was very quiet and any traffic noise certainly didn't disappoint.

The hosts were friendly but not intrusive and there was a lot of choice available at breakfast, including a lot of choice for vegetarians. The homemade preserves are wonderful, I can especially recommend the rhubarb and ginger!

No complaints, and I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

We were there for 2 nights whilst competing at a local sporting event. Paul and Granville made us feel right at home, the rooms had everything we needed including easy to operate showers (I get fed up of showers requiring a degree in physics) comfy bed, excellent breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, and everything was very clean and tidy. Looking forward to next years competition so I can go back!

Room Tip: They have self catering too, which would be useful for a longer stay!

Lovely 3 night stay here. Great views over the fields from our room. The owners were very helpful about places to visit and suggestions for where to eat in the evenings. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast.
