We stayed for 2 nights with our dog. We wanted to visit the lake district and do some walking, enjoy some nice food and chill out without the kids. The apartment was absolutely immaculate, very clean and everything was taken care of. There was a box of biscuits, chocolates, pint of milk as well as toilet roll, handsoap, washing up liquid, tea, coffee the list goes on and on. The view out of front window is directly over the river, the footbridge being just two minutes away to walk over to a lovely park area. If you want to walk further you take a hike up to Kendal castle ruins which gives you fantastic views. The town in walkable within two minutes. Nice restaurant is the D'ja vue, lovely little French bistro fab food and very friendly. None of the bars/restaurants are very dog friendly though in Kendal but they are if you go further into the Lakes. Carol who meets you on arrival could not be more friendly and helpful, very lovely lady and she takes great pride in making sure everything for your stay is provided for.

We have just returned from a long weekend away at this lovely apartment. Carol the owner met us and showed us around explaining how everything worked. Lovely clean apartment with everything you need provided. We will certainly be booking again. Thanks Carol
We stayed at the apartment to explore the Lake District. The apartment was very clean and modern with everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The owner, Carol, met us on arrival and was very welcoming. The lounge / dining room overlooked the river Kent which provided a superb vista to eat breakfast and dinner. The only negative was that the bedroom was slightly small but overall a lovely apartment.
