“A real gem!”

With not being able to see any reviews of this place, I was a bit apprehensive about booking but we needn't have been. It was fantastic. The communication from Gavin beforehand, to arrange directions, meet up times etc was seemless. Nothing was too much trouble.
We rang him to meet us on Saturday afternoon and he met us in the private carpark and directed us to our own bay which was undercover (great if it was raining). There is a lift up to the 3rd floor. Everything is so clean and well maintained. You will be given your own set of keys for the main door and apartment.
The apartment is lovely, modern and clean. The photos are a true representation. Quite a batchelor pad look but comfortable too. The ensuite in the master bedroom is great and there is also a big main bathroom with over shower bath. Lovely clean bedding on our arrival with towels provided too. Nice feather duvets too for those chilly nights!
There is a tv in the bedroom too. The 2nd bedroom is a double size - we put our travel cot up in there and there was still loads of room. We all had a great sleep. Even though you can see the busy main road its not noticeable for us.
The lounge is the best bit for us as its an open plan kitchen and a social space. The kitchen was well stocked - milk, (rice milk too which was great as our little boy is milk intolerant!) eggs, bread, pasta and beans. Great so you don't have to rush out to buy bits. There is a washer for you to use too and cleaning stuff, ironing board and hoover. The welcome pack is very detailed and has info on local attractions and takeaways.
We were only there one night but will defintly be back next year for longer.
When leaving, we just texted Gavin to let him know the time and he came for the keys.
All in all a fantastic stay, I'm sure this glowing review will be the first of many!!
Thanks Gavin

“Fantastic apartment, wonderful time.”
Reviewed 23 November 2014 for a stay in November 2014

The apartment was fantastic, located in the old Town, next to both the shops and museums.
Wonderful views of both the River Humber and the River Hull. A car wasn't needed but there was even a secure parking bay to use.
The owner was excellent, answering all emails and queries immediately.
There was nothing at all we didn't like.
We had a wonderful time and would certainly visit again.
